Anjani's Kathak Dance of India Junior company performs for the Bower's Museum Diwali Festival on September 6th between noon and 3pm.

Divya Patil disciple of Guru Smt. Anjani ji performs Kathak Nritya Darshan - solo recital on September 12th at the Mt.San Antonio College theatre.

Amrapali is invited to perform for the TV Moves show presented by Academy of Television Arts and Sciences at the Wordsworth Theatre on Tuesday 21st of July at 7.30pm.

Anjani Dance Theatre - Junior Company performed at the Renaissance Faire, Irwindale, Ca on Saturday May 16th and Sunday May 17th , 3 shows every day in the afternoon, the company successfully performed on April 18th and 19th at the Faire.

Anushka Kulkarni, student of Sundar Kala Kendra Kathak Dance School was awarded first prize for the classical dance competition at the IYANA 3rd Annual Youth Convention, congratulations Anushka!!!

Anjaniji performed in Mumbai at the Nehru Center for the Durgalal Festival, and in Vadodara for the Kathak Darshan Festival where her Guru Pandit Sundarlaljee conducted her performance, what an honor that was!!

All of us at the Sundar Kala Kendra Foundation are honored that Amrapali the principal dancer, associate artistic director and associate choreographer of Anjani Dance Theatre was awarded the Silver Medal in the solo category of the Supertstars of Dance on NBC among 16 soloist from 8 countries.

Amrapali Ambegaokar is the finalist for the solo category of the Superstars of dance show on NBC, watch the finals on Monday the 26th at 8pm. We at Sundar Kala Kendra Foundation are very honored for the national and international recognition of our Kathak dance.

Amrapali is a soloist for the Superstars of Dance premiering on Sunday January 4th on NBC, www.nbc.com. Please check the calendar for timing in your area.

Amrapali is invited to perform at UCLA Department of World Arts and Cultures on Friday and Saturday January 16th and 17th at the Gloria Kaufman Dance Theater.

Anjaniji and Amrapali are invited to perform in India in February, the performances include Durgalal Festival at Nehru Center, Mumbai and Kathak Festival in Vadodara.

Anjani Ambegaokar is invited to teach a credit course in Kathak Dance at the University of California, Irvine, Dance Department for the Winter Quarter 2007.

Anjani Ambegaokar is invited by the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Ashland, Oregon as Choreographer for the play The Little Clay Cart in English from the Sanskrit play Mrichhakatika of Sudraka to be staged in February 2008 and will run through October 2008.
